SPECIFICATIONS: Strengthens the dough, the better volume and appearance. Improves the color and softness of bread. 

CONSISTING: Wheat flour, soy flour, antioxidant (vitamin C), enzymes (Gungal, amylase, Hemuselulaz, lipase), stabilizer.

HOW TO USE: Suitable for all the bread without butter containing. Before kneading mix the flour.

DOSE: Varies according to flour quality, bread type, cooking style. (100-500 grams for 100 kg flour)
